On July 17, Pace Academy 2021 wide receiver Jayden Thomas named his top-five schools out of over 28 scholarship offers.
The University of Georgia is among those schools chosen, along with Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, LSU, Michigan, North Carolina, Notre Dame, Ohio State, Tennessee, and Virginia Tech. If you are counting, that is at least six Southeastern Conference schools.
His primary recruiter is UGA assistant coach Cortez Hankton, and despite not being able to take any visits on campus to Athens or for Coach Hankton and any members of the Dawgs’ staff to make any in-person off-campus visits due to the Coronavirus Pandemic, Thomas and Georgia have continued to be in communication electronically.
