Tift County defensive lineman Tyre West was offered by the Bulldogs back in May of 2019 and the sophomore recently visited the University of Georgia before the start of the dead period.
So far, the 6-foot-4 and 265 lbs West has over 12 scholarship offers and including Georgia, he has offers from Alabama, Auburn, Colorado, Florida, FSU, Georgia Tech, Kentuck, Mississippi, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia Tech.
As a freshman, West acquitted himself well for Tift County with 41 tackles, 7 stops for a loss, 6 quarterback sacks and 5 hurries in 2018 in GHSA Class 7A football competition.
