Checker Neyland: How Georgia fans can make another statement in Knoxville

The Tennessee Volunteers are off to one of the worst starts in program history, at 1-3 and 0-1 in conference play.

Georgia and Tennessee each have a bye in Week 5, though the Vols may still find a way to lose.

Next weekend in Neyland Stadium, Bulldog fans are planning to take over, just like they did at Vanderbilt. Many are familiar with the ‘Checker Neyland’ movement that has been going on for a couple years now. Volunteer fans color-coordinate each section of Neyland to ‘checker’ the stadium in orange and white.

However, there won’t be many Tennessee fans at the game next week.
