Bulldogs add another major commitment in top 100 tackle Jamaal Jarrett

Kirby Smart’s giant summer of recruiting roll down with a commitment from a giant player out of the Tar Heel State. Greensboro defensive tackle Jamaal Jarret chose the Bulldogs this evening over fellow finalists North Carolina and Auburn, making him the 15th player in the Bulldogs suddenly growing pledge class.

I’m not calling Jarrett a giant just because he’s a defensive lineman. The young man is certifiably enormous. Undeniably huge. Inarguably immense.

At 6’6, 340 pounds Jarrett is big in the way Jordan Davis is big, which is to say every way imaginable (also, he’ll get bigger- today was only his 17th birthday).
