Beyond The Hedges: Golf Dawgs Card Top-Ten Finish

The 20th-ranked Georgia men’s golf team finished eighth in the Nike Invitational.

Playing Pumpkin Ridge Golf Club’s Witch Hollow par-71, 6,997-yard layout, the Bulldogs posted a 4-over 288 to wind up at 2-under 850 for the tournament. Oklahoma claimed the team title at 29-under 823, followed by Wake Forest at 24-under 828 and Clemson at 17-under 835.

Senior Spencer Ralston led the Bulldogs in the third round as he signed for an even-par 71. Freshman Connor Creasy and senior Calum Masters followed Ralston with a 1-over 72. Battling at the top was junior Davis Thompson, who added a 2-over 73.
