HOOVER, Ala. | There may have been a Georgia “G” on Kirby Smart’s visor on Wednesday and on his personalized golf bag but in this state he’s still probably best known for the work he did as Alabama’s four-time national championship winning defensive coordinator.

His new job certainly didn’t stop 14-year old Lauren Karr from taking a little jab when she was introduced along with Smart before he teed off in the Regions Tradition Pro-Am.
