Georgia football put the finishing touches on their SEC season on Saturday by knocking off No. 10 Texas 35-10. The Bulldogs played a near perfect game in all three phases of the game, but it was their defense that really stood out.
Georgia's defense has really struggled all season especially when it comes to their secondary and defending opponents passing game. That made facing Arch Manning and the Texas passing attack a real concern since they very easily could have carved Georgia's defense up, but that did not happen. Instead Georgia's defense shut Texas down all night and contained Manning for the entire game.
