I’m writing to explain, and apologize for, all of the noise that was coming from our house this past Saturday evening.
Before I get to that, I first want to say thank you for the fresh kale you gave us out of your garden. When you gave it to me you seemed really excited about it, as well as how you grew it without pesticides, but I was a bit confused. I don’t know a ton about kale. I’m more familiar with collards and mustard greens, they’re menu staples where I grew up. However, my girlfriend did some googling and figured out your kale would be good in a stew.
