One of the only programs who found any success against Georgia this summer on the recruiting trail is Texas. The Longhorns stole not one, not two, but three five-star recruits right from Georgia’s fingertips throughout the summer months.
But Georgia also found a lot of success against Texas this offseason as well, with the biggest win coming from five-star tight end Kaiden Prothro who chose Georgia over the Longhorns in July.
This was one of Georgia’s biggest recruiting wins of the 2026 recruiting cycle, but that win did not come easy.
