Georgia football has quickly become Penn State's biggest enemy. These two programs never play each other on the field, but they do go head to head on the recruting trail from time to time. And in less than a week, Georgia appears to have put themselves out in front in the recruitment for five-star Penn State running back commit Kemon Spell.
Spell has been committed to Penn State for over a year. He is the No. 8 overall player in the country and the top ranked running back in the 2027 recruiting class.
