Kirby Smart took over a program that wasn’t exactly without talent in 2016 and in rapid order has re-balanced the SEC East, with the potential of taking his 4th title in 5 seasons. Of course, this was enhanced greatly when Sam Pittman was on the payroll as he brought in the kind of offensive line talent and depth that we never quite realized during Mark Richt’s tenure.
