Georgia Running Back Nick Chubb Has Huge First Half Replacing Todd Gurley

UPDATE: Nick Chubb finished the game with 202 yards and 2 TDs

Georgia fans were panicking about their season when it was announced Thursday night that star running back Todd Gurley would remain indefinitely suspended. The Bulldogs were making the trip to Arkansas this weekend to face a dangerous Razorbacks team, and a few experts picked Georgia to be upset.

Freshman running back Nick Chubb made sure that didn't happen.

He's outgained both backs in Arkansas' great running game in the first half, and has carried the Bulldogs to a big lead.

Gurley doesn't have to worry about Chubb taking over this starting position once he is reinstated, but Chubb has shown he can carry the load while Gurley is out.

And perhaps most importantly, he's giving Georgia fans incredible hope for the future.
