WASHINGTON - Georgetown University men’s basketball guard Rodney Pryor (Evanston, Ill./Notre Dame Prep/Robert Morris) was selected to the BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll on Monday.
The Hoyas split a pair of games last week, beating DePaul on the road, 76-73, last Tuesday and dropping a 68-66 overtime decision to Seton Hall on Saturday at home.
Pryor averaged 19.5 points and 5.0 rebounds while shooting 45.2 percent from the floor during two games.
Playing in front of nearly 60 family and friends in Chicago last week, the graduate student scored a game-high 26 points – hitting 8-of-14 shots from the floor – and grabbed five rebounds to lead the Hoyas to their third-straight win.
