The Georgetown Hoyas and their 10 conference foes are visiting Madison Square Garden for the 2022-23 edition of BIG EAST Media Day this Tuesday morning. Here is the live stream of BIG EAST Shootaround beginning at 9:30 AM.
Last year, the Hoyas were picked 10th and Patrick Ewing brought Dante Harris and former captain Donald Carey as they showed off their 2021 BIG EAST Championship rings. Ouch. This year, the conference coaches again put Georgetown in the basement again, as was somewhat expected.
Somewhat interestingly, Villanova was one point behind Xavier with 85 points and received one first-place vote from the men’s basketball head coaches, who do not vote for their own teams.
