4-star Class of 2020 forward Terrance Williams has committed to Georgetown. Williams, a 6’6” forward, is currently the 81st ranked player in the Class of 2020 in the ESPN Top 100. He chose Georgetown over Michigan and Notre Dame, among others, in one of the greatest Instagram commitment videos ever.
The commitment of the Washington DC native and Gonzaga College High School is an important one for Georgetown, which has struggled in recent years to secure commitments of local talent. Williams represents the first Gonzaga College High School player to commit to Georgetown as a non walk-on since Lamont Morgan and Robert Churchwell in 1991.
