The Fresno State women’s soccer team wrapped up the weekend with a 3-0 victory against New Mexico on Sunday afternoon. The win is the first conference win of the season and the team also increased their unbeaten streak at home to five games.
On Friday night, the ’Dogs battled through double-overtime which resulted in a 1-1 tie with San Diego State.
“I think that we have a lot of players on the team that can influence the game,” Fresno State head coach Zwaschka said in a postgame interview. “I was proud of the people that came off the bench today who had a big influence, including Carly [Bracken] for having the assist on Julia’s goal.
