Fresno State essentially broke camp Sunday night – the next time the Bulldogs will be on the practice field will be Tuesday, the first day of classes, when they again will be students as well as athletes.
But offensive coordinator Kalen DeBoer said the Bulldogs would stay in camp mode repping their quarterbacks through the four practices before getting into game prep for the Sept. 2 season opener against Incarnate Word.
The Bulldogs have three quarterbacks competing to take the first snap in returning starter Chason Virgil, JC transfer Jorge Reyna and Oregon State transfer Marcus McMaryion.
