Fresno State notebook: Bonnheim will be center of attention upon return

Fresno State center Bo Bonnheim is expected to return to practice Saturday after making his way back from a hamstring strain suffered the first week of fall camp.

But when he does return, the Bulldogs’ senior – who started every game last season at center and is on the watch list for the Rimington Trophy awarded annually to the best center in college football – could actually be playing guard.

Bonnheim will take reps at both positions, as offensive line coach Cameron Norcross works through his interior line options with Bonnheim, Aaron Mitchell, Jacob Vazquez and Micah St.
