Fresno State softball wrapped up the weekend Bulldog Classic winning four of five games after their victory at home on Sunday, defeating St. Mary’s 3-2 on a strong pitching performance by junior Tiffany Kennedy-Cummings.
Cummings was dominant from the very first pitch of the ball game. She kept St. Mary’s off of the scoreboard after allowing runners to reach second and third base with two out.
Like she was able to do all game, Kennedy-Cummings induced a ground ball to shortstop to end the inning and now allow any damage.
With the momentum squarely in the Bulldogs dugout, the offense put on their hitting shoes and went to work with the bats.
