Fresno State made it official Monday – Dave Schramm won’t be back next season and the search for a new offensive coordinator will begin immediately.
Schramm’s exit was reported last week going into Saturday’s season-ending loss against Colorado State. It was also reported Nick Toth could be replaced or reassigned, though Bulldogs coach Tim DeRuyter did not comment Monday on the fate of the defensive coordinator.
“My evaluation of the remainder of the coaching staff is ongoing and any further changes will be announced when that evaluation process is complete,” DeRuyter said in a statement issued through the athletic department.
