Fresno State Athletics increases attendance capacity to 20% for sporting events

For the first time since March 13, Fresno State Athletics opened its doors to the general public over the weekend.

Fresno State Athletics announced Tuesday afternoon that they will be expanding their capacity to 20% effective April 17.

“I’m excited for the opportunity [to play in front of fans],” Fresno State quarterback Jake Haener said. “Hopefully we can get this place [Bulldog Stadium] rocking on Aug. 28.”

In the past, tickets were only available for selected members of coaches and players, but now tickets will be open to the general public. The sports remaining in the spring season are baseball, softball, men’s tennis, women’s tennis, lacrosse and track and field.
