Following an announcement by USA Water Polo Chief High Performance Officer John Abdou, Fresno State water polo head coach Natalie Benson was selected as head coach of the Women’s Junior National Team for the first time in her career, according to a release by Fresno State Athletics.
“It is an honor to be a part of the national team pipeline staff, and to have the opportunity to work with some of our future Olympians,” Benson said in the release on being chosen to lead the national team.
