Florida State football seemed to have a productive 2024 recruiting class, which ranked as the 11th-best cycle in the country. This was coming after a 2023 season that resulted in an undefeated regular season and a conference championship (and unfortunately a College Football Playoff snub).
This was supposed to be the recruiting class that would turn around the Seminoles for sustainable success. However, over the past couple of weeks, we have seen Florida State's 2024 class diminish in size.
There were players that the coaching staff probably didn't want to see enter the transfer portal, such as Luke Kromenhoek (transferred to Mississippi State last offseason), Landen Thomas, and even Elijah Moore.
