Florida State football has had four losing seasons in six years under head football coach Mike Norvell. Something has to change in Tallahassee to bring a winning culture to a program that is starving for success.
The Seminoles are retaining Coach Norvell for the 2026 season, but some fans don't agree with the decision. Nonetheless, the administration made the choice to save the buyout money and get the team better.
Florida State went through forty-four new players to the roster and six new coaches this past offseason. Those pickups didn't seem to help the Seminoles as they failed to live up to expectations after defeating Alabama in the season opener.
