In case you missed this over the weekend.

FSU football finished up 'identity week' in Jacksonville with a Sunday scrimmage. The play of Thomas Castellanos was a big story, but it was also the first chance for defensive lineman Jayson Jenkins to get some live reps. Jenkins has been working his way back from a lower-body injury that forced him to miss spring practice.

The Tennessee transfer has the most experience among the defensive linemen that the Seminoles signed out of the transfer portal. If healthy, Jenkins is expected to start and with his size (6-foot-6, 276 pounds), the redshirt junior will play an integral role on the defense because of his ability to line up on the inside or outside in Tony White's 3-3-5 scheme.
