Florida State got some good news tonight as blue-chip defensive tackle Tywone Malone included the ‘Noles in his top six, along with USC, Rutgers, Ole Miss, Tennessee, and Texas A&M.
Malone is an imposing presence, standing 6’3 and 300 pounds.
The Class of 2021 prospect attends Bergen Catholic High School and has a 97 rating (4-star) from the 247 Sports Composite List. The sites consider him the 55th best player in America (5th best DT and the best player in New Jersey).
The Seminoles offered Malone back in February, and in early May he released a top 14 which included FSU.
