Florida State football had a disappointing outing on Friday night as they lost by a score of 46-38 in double overtime to Virginia. This is a contest that the Seminoles couldn't afford. Granted, this wasn't comparable to the previous losses to Jacksonville State or even the road losses to North Carolina State, but there were opportunities for Florida State to win the football game.
Nonetheless, I don't want to make this doom and gloom after the loss because the Seminoles have their goals in front of them if they stay focused. One game doesn't define them, but it can snowball out of control if they let it.
