FSU football coaches got some much-needed news with defensive end recruiting for the 2026 recruiting class when former Georgia Tech defensive end commit Chris Carbin announced his commitment to the Noles on Sunday afternoon.
It was the first defensive end commitment in the class at a huge position of need. Carbin is 6’4” and 240 pounds and closer to being physically ready to play than most high school players.
The news was well received by FSU commits, but one flip target seemed ecstatic that Carbin will call Tallahassee home for the foreseeable future:
