Florida State trailed for the bulk of Sunday’s matchup vs. the Mississippi State Bulldogs, but after leaning on the arm of Wes Mendes during a career night, the Seminoles finally broke through in the bottom of the eighth to finish out the Tallahassee Regional undefeated and advance to a national-best 19th Super Regional:
2007.

Tonight, after the Seminoles rallied around the emotion of a Link Jarrett ejection and the tenacity of a career showing by Wes Mendes, that clock has been reset.
