Florida State football lost this past Saturday to quite possibly the worst Clemson team in some time. The Tigers hadn't beaten a Power Four team in six tries before the Seminoles came to town. To make matters even worse, Florida State looked to have confidence in itself after the win over Wake Forest.
While I was not ready to hang the championship banner after beating the mighty Wake Forest, it seemed like the Florida State squad had turned a corner and knew the urgency of the situation.
However, as the loss transpired on Saturday and the scoreboard showed a two touchdown loss, the Seminoles' fan base began to realize that the "New November" term wasn't on Florida State's side.
