Florida State softball has a big weekend ahead of them, hosting the Texas Tech Red Raiders for the Tallahassee Super Regional.
Ashtyn Danley got the start, as the home team starting pitcher. Tech had their game plan quickly against Danley, as the first two batter reached on hits early in the at bat. A ground out gave FSU an out, but put a runner at third. An error from Michaela Edenfield had Tech up 1-0 before the end of the inning.
