After a sweep of another ACC series, Florida State softball looked towards their first ever matchup against Alabama State.
Game One: FSU 10-2 ASU
It was Mimi Gooden who got the start in the circle for the Seminoles. Gooden got her first out before a pair of errors put Alabama State runners on base. Luckily, a strike out and easy grounder to first closed the inning.
Charity Bibbs was the start for the Hornets, and after getting the first two outs, the third error between the two teams allowed Kalei Harding to reach.
