Florida State softball is coming off of a sweep of Boston College, bringing their win streak to 10 games. Now, they will face the biggest test they’ve had in over a month. The Seminoles will travel to Gainesville for the first game against the No. 12 Florida Gators.
The Gators have a similar overall record, with 37-10, 12-6 in the SEC and 19-4 at home. After having a rocky start to their 2024 season, losing games to Michigan and Oklahoma State, they have since gotten wins over UCLA, Alabama (series win), Kentucky (series sweep), Mississippi State (series win), LSU (series win), and most recently a series win over South Carolina.
