There were 18 quarterbacks invited to the NFL Combine and Everett Golson wasn’t one of them. He admitted he was “disappointed” about the news in a recent interview and we’d like to discuss why he more than likely didn’t receive an invite to the NFL Combine that starts next week.
We’ll be the first to admit that we were excited when it was announced that former Notre Dame quarterback Everett Golson would be coming to Florida State to complete his final year of college football.
Golson was a proven commodity, much more so than Sean Maguire who had all of one start in his entire Florida State career while playing behind Jameis Winston.
