Florida State baseball had a productive 2025 season, even though it ended in a Super Regional loss to Oregon State. The Seminoles had talent on their roster, including superstar starting pitcher Jamie Arnold.
Arnold finished with an 8-2 record with a 2.98 ERA with 119 strikeouts with the Seminoles this past year. He was a reliable Friday night starter that always consistent for the program.
The lefty was projected to be a top-five selection in the 2025 MLB Draft, but he slipped on Sunday afternoon as he was selected with the 11th overall pick by the Oakland Athletics.
