We knew coming into this late-June weekend that there would be some early fireworks in Tallahassee. The Florida State Seminoles have added another offensive lineman to their 2022 recruiting class, and this time it’s a big one (literally):
Kanaya Charlton stands 6’5.5” and weighs 362 pounds. The offensive guard prospect hails from Brunswick, Georgia, and is ranked by 247 Sports Composite as the 1160th best player in the country, including the 58th best interior offensive lineman and 100th best player in GA. He chose the Seminoles over two dozen other offers from the likes of Alabama, Arkansas, Auburn, Georgia Tech, LSU, Miami (FL), North Carolina, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas A&M, and others.
