Florida State football picked up their second straight win with a 35-25 win at North Carolina. The road win was the first of the Mike Norvell era at Florida State. After the game, quarterback Jordan Travis was chosen as the sod captain. Travis was chosen after a dynamic performance that led the Seminoles to the upset of the Tar Heels. Travis was 11-13 for 145 yards and three touchdowns in the air. He also set a career high with 121 rushing yards. After the win, Travis spoke to the media.
