Florida State football has been going through failures as a program. The Seminoles have a 7-17 record over the past two seasons. The program is retaining head football coach Mike Norvell for the 2026 season.
Fans were frustrated that Florida State is running it back after the losses have stacked together. The only good thing that has happened in two years was that the Seminoles defeated Alabama in the season opener of this year.
This was probably the most shocking aspect of the college football season because the Crimson Tide are a College Football Playoff team, while Florida State isn't even a bowl game.
