Florida State football got off their four-game losing streak this past weekend, as the Seminoles defeated Wake Forest by a score of 42-7. This is something that the fan base didn't think would ever end, but the misery has stopped for at least a week.
Florida State will now be traveling to Death Valley (or Duke fans call it "Spirit Halloween") this Saturday night at 7 PM EST. This is a location that the Seminoles have only won twice in the past eleven meetings (2013 and 2023) in Clemson's stadium.
This is not an ideal trend for a squad that has not won a road game since the 2023 meeting against the arch-rival Florida Gators when former quarterback Tate Rodemaker was the signal-caller for the injured Jordan Travis.
