The undefeated 5th ranked Florida State Seminoles and the 6-ranked Georgia Bulldogs will be kicking off the 90th annual Capital One Orange Bowl at Doak South Hard Rock Stadium this afternoon at 4:00 p.m. The game will unfortunately be televised on ESPN.
This New Year’s Six matchup marks the 12th meeting between the teams and the first between the two schools since the 2003 Sugar Bowl. The Bulldogs lead the overall series 6-4-1 over the Seminoles.
Florida State has won its last two trips to the Orange Bowl and boasts five Orange Bowl victories all-time, including the 1993 National Championship.
