The two teams started out trading baskets. FSU made a move toward the end of the quarter. The Seminoles finished the first quarter on a 9-2 run that was capped by a Valencia Myers layup. Florida State finished the quarter up 28-20.
The second quarter started with a layup from BC’s Emma Guy. From there FSU went on another run that broke the game wide open. The Noles went on a 10-2 run that was sparked by a Nausia Woolfolk layup.
