FSU women’s basketball adds a blue-chip transfer

Florida State has added its first transfer of the 2019 offseason. Bianca Jackson, a 5’11 wing from Montgomery, AL will transfer to FSU from the University of South Carolina. Jackson will enter Florida State as a junior. She will sit out the 2019-20 season and will have two years of eligibility starting in the 2020-21 season. Jackson is the fourth Gamecock who is transferring from South Carolina just this year.

Jackson is a former 4* recruit (#54 in 2017, ESPNW) who made the All-ACC freshman team. In that freshman campaign, Jackson started 25 games and averaged 7.
