Florida State veteran defensive tackle Marvin Wilson said his teammates are refusing to participate in workouts after questioning a statement head football coach Mike Norvell gave about racial injustice.
Norvell told The Athletic’s Tashan Reed Wednesday, “We’ve had a lot of open communication with our team, our players and our coaches. I went back and forth individually with every player this weekend. And that was important to me because this is a heartbreaking time in our country.”
“Man this [poop emoji] did not happen mane," he posted on Twitter. "We got a generated text that was sent to everybody.
