FSU softball (51-8, 19-5 ACC) is looking to defend its National Championship and now know the road it has to travel to do so.
It was announced Sunday evening the Noles had earned a No. 4 national seed and would host a regional in Tallahassee which will take place May 17-19th.
FSU softball will take on Bethune Cookman (26-29) in the opening game Friday at 2:30 p.m. ET with South Carolina (36-17) taking on South Florida (40-17) in the other part of the bracket.
The top eight national seeds are, in order, Oklahoma, UCLA, Washington, Florida State, Florida, Arizona, Minnesota and Alabama.
