No.1 Florida States dominates the FGCU Eagles, 4-0 Final
Florida State continues their season dominance after an impressive week against unranked FGCU and No.10 Auburn on the road.
The undefeated ’Noles traveled to Fort Meyers on Thursday night to face a subpar Eagles team. They came into this matchup with just three goals allowed on the season and kept their defensive prowess the entire game.
The Seminoles allowed just two shot attempts in the ball game, both coming in the the first half. Sophomore Louise Lillback was responsible for both attempts; the first strike came in the eighth minute, and the second attempt was the only shot on goal in the 28th minute.
