Florida State offensive lineman Dillan Gibbons was named the 2022 Jim Tatum Award winner Monday evening. The award is named in honor of legendary head coach and veteran Jim Tatum and is given out to the top senior athlete in the country who exemplifies success on and off the field.
To date, Gibbons has raised over $450,000 for various charities through his Big Man Big Heart foundation and has become a steller pillar in the community. On the field, he is a leader in the locker room, bolstering an offense that averages 35+ points per game and ended his senior season with a bang on a team that went 9-3 and became bowl eligible for the first time since 2019.
