As of now FSU football still only has one scholarship quarterback available for 2019 in James Blackman.
The Noles are still waiting to hear on the ruling for transfer quarterback Jordan Travis. If the immediate eligibility ruling on Miami’s Tate Martell is any indication Travis should be granted the same waiver.
Travis transferred to the Noles this spring after a year at Louisville where he redshirted after playing in just three games as a true freshman.
Tate Martell basically transferred from Ohio State to Miami because Justin Fields transferred from Georgia to Ohio State and likely was going to be the starting quarterback in 2019.
