Florida State offensive lineman Zane Herring is transferring after three seasons with the Seminoles.
Herring shared his decision on Twitter: “I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the support and opportunities that FSU has given me over the past three and a half years as a student-athlete. After careful consideration and discussions with my family and coaches, I have decided to explore my options and transfer as a graduate student to continue my football career elsewhere.”
As a redshirt junior, Herring appeared in 15 games serving primarily in a backup role and on special teams.
