FSU football took care of business the way they were supposed to on Saturday afternoon in a 77-3 thumping of the East Texas A&M Lions. The starting offense probably could have scored 100 points by the end of the third quarter.
We knew it would be a game where the starters would likely get out early so the reserve players could get experience and build depth for the future. Some reserve players got into the game after only a quarter and a half had been completed.
I’ll tell you what, there wasn’t much of a difference between what the starters did and what the reserves did in terms of production.
