FSU football: The impact of Jaiden Lars-Woodbey’s injury

FSU football fans lost one of their most beloved players when Jaide Lars-Woodbey was injured in the second half against Louisville.

It was officially announced Monday by FSU football head coach Willie Taggart that he was done for the season with lower leg injury.

The thing about Lars-Woodbey is he’s as selfless as they come and bleeds garnet and gold. The former five-star safety enrolled early at FSU and changed positions as a true freshman in 2018.

He earned ESPN Freshman All-American honors while playing all season with a shoulder he injured in the first game of the year against Virginia Tech.
